Sequoia New Product Award See the best of what’s new, on display. The exclusive AWFS® Sequoia Awards, a prestigious competition that’s judged by industry users, recognizes and honors the creativity, quality and innovation of the best new offerings on the market. Entries compete in five categories: Environmental, Ergonomics, Safety, Innovative Technology, and Productivity.

2009 Fresh Wood Competition The 2009 Fresh Wood Student Competition highlights outstanding construction and design achievements by students from the best high school and post-secondary woodworking programs in North America. Finalist entries will be prominently displayed at the show.. Want to see where the industry is headed? Want to see who'll be running the show in twenty years? Belt Sander Races Wednesday, July 15 & Thursday, July 16 Join the fun! AWFS®Fair, AccuRide and the Belt Sander Racing Association bring you BSRA’s National Championship. You can watch racing enthusiasts compete with their customized belt sander racing machines for free. All AWFS Fair participants are welcome to attend –this popular event draws a crowd, so be sure to arrive early to get your seat.
